If I work 5 days a week making $8.38 an hour, how would I figure out how much I make a month, getting paid bi weekly?

biweekly is every two weeks. That's 10 days of 8 hours each, right?
10*8*8.38 per paycheck.
Now convert that to monthly, remembering that there are 26 paychecks to cover 12 months.
