the way I read it:
new length = 10 + (1/4)(10) = 25/2
new width = 6 + (1/3)(6) = 8
new area = (25/2)(8) = 100 m^2
new length = 10 + (1/4)(10) = 25/2
new width = 6 + (1/3)(6) = 8
new area = (25/2)(8) = 100 m^2
