I think for the second question that C is the answer, but please help me on the first one please!!

Ms. Sue
The first is an adverb. It does not begin a phrase, so cannot be a preposition.
In the second,
A. FINE is a predicate adjective describing weather.
B. FINE is a noun.
C. This must be an interjection.
