We'll need to know rather more about what that "a" is supposed to be - but I don't think your answer is correct. Whatever "a" is, the answer is unlikely to be just 1-0.84, which I suspect is how you've calculated it.

A is the symbol used, its not coming through when I type the question. I am not sure what the symbol a is suppose to represent either. I will send my professor an email, hopefully she can provide clarification on this question. Thanks for trying to help me...
