How many atoms are present in 0.3333 mol of CO2?
I know I need to use the conversion factor of 6.021x10^23 but do I just multiply that times .3333? =2.007?

Do it as you would for dimensional work. That way you can't fail.
0.3333 mol CO2 x (3 mols atoms CO2/1 mol CO2) x (6.022E23 atoms/mol) = ?
0.3333 mol CO2 x (3 mols atoms CO2/1 mol CO2) x (6.022E23 atoms/mol) = ?
