Not 3. It partially resulted from the French sea blockade, but the battle was on land. The sea blockade prevented escape, and resupply.

Yorktown effectively ended the fighting in America, the battles remaining were small and inconsequential. The French might argue 3, but the jist of the battle was on land. One could argue 3, but I think 1 is a better answer. NONE of the answers are perfectly precise, and perfectly correct.
