Question

I have a supposedly white gold choker. It is stamped F on the back. No other markings. Can you tell me what that means?

Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. You don't mention if your choker is antique or not. Between 1883 and 1904, Silver marked with F meant "foreign." If there is a GF on your choker it means "gold filled." Other than that, if you take it to a good jeweler they may be able to tell you more.
