I am having a problem finding the 75 percentile.

I did 75/100 x17 I come up with 12.75 do I round that up and do I bring it to 13.

Online, “*” is used to indicate multiplication to avoid confusion with “x” as an unknown.

Not knowing the distribution of scores, I don't know if your calculations are correct.

Unless you have instructions to the contrary, I would round.
