polar can get kind of complicated, but this one's a piece of cake:
y = t+4, so t = y-4
x = (y-4)^2 + 4(y-4) + 8
Now expand it out and note that it's just a parabola.
y = t+4, so t = y-4
x = (y-4)^2 + 4(y-4) + 8
Now expand it out and note that it's just a parabola.
