tan⁡x+¡Ì3=0

2 sec^2⁡x+tan^2⁡x-3=0

since sec^2 = 1+tan^2, you have

2+2tan^2 + tan^2-3 = 0
3tan^2 = 3
tan^2 = 1
tan = ±1
