I bet you meant:
x^2/(x+4) ÷ ( (x-2)/(x^2+x-12) )
= x^2/(x+4) * (x+4)(x-3)/(x-2)
= x^2(x-3)/(x-2) , x ≠ -4,2
x^2/(x+4) ÷ ( (x-2)/(x^2+x-12) )
= x^2/(x+4) * (x+4)(x-3)/(x-2)
= x^2(x-3)/(x-2) , x ≠ -4,2
