The perimeter is simply the distance around the triangle.
The two legs are each shorter than the hypotenuse.

The sides for the 30-60-90° triangle could be
1, √3, and 2
so the perimeter = 1 + √3 + 2 = 3 + √3
so get the hypotenuse from 2 to 9 implies each side was multiplied by 4.5
so the perimeter of your triangle
= 4.5(3 + √3)
= 13.5 + 4.5√3 or appr 21.29
