In any triangle, the sum of any two sides > the third side
so in triangle ABM:
AB + BM > AM
in triangle ACM
AC + MC > AM
adding:
AB + AC + BM+MC > 2AM
AB + AC + BC >2AM
so in triangle ABM:
AB + BM > AM
in triangle ACM
AC + MC > AM
adding:
AB + AC + BM+MC > 2AM
AB + AC + BC >2AM
