d:c=5:4 or

d/c=5/4
or d=c x 5/4
or d=c*(1 + 1/4)= c+ c/4

But d=153-c then
153-c=c+c/4
or 153=2c+c/4=c*2 1/4= c* 9/4
or c=4/9 * 153=612/9=68
cats=68

Since the ratio is 4:5 for cats

Take (4/9) x 153 = 68
