factor the bottom ...
= -14x^3/(x^3(1 - 5x))
now we can divide top and bottom by x^3
= -14/(1 - 5x) , where x ≠ 0
= -14x^3/(x^3(1 - 5x))
now we can divide top and bottom by x^3
= -14/(1 - 5x) , where x ≠ 0
