Writeacher I can see reasons for a couple choices on 2...and I hate just guessing but I can see it being B and D. I'll choose B...I am not sure sorry

If there's an INDEPENDENT CLAUSE before and another INDEPENDENT CLAUSE after the semicolon, then choose B.

If those hyphens in D are supposed to be dashes, then choose D.
