How much damage in dollars has Tobacco Mosaic Virus caused in the U.S. in recent years? I'm working on a paper, and I've scoured the internet, google scholar, USDA website, the DHHS, Penn Stae and I can't find anything. Need a source to site as well. Any help is appreciated!

Thank you trying, but as stated in the question I have looked through many many articles on Google scholar with search terms pertaining to: tobacco, mosaic, virus, damage, dollar, %, U.S., and so forth.

The only other thing I can suggest, then, is that you go to your college or public library and make friends with the research librarian. Those people are really well trained and love to help students find the information they need.

There should also be available some of the huge databases that college and public libraries subscribe to. There is specialized information in those databases that is not available on the Internet.
