The speed of light is about 3.00 x 10 to the power of 5 km/s. It takes approx. 1.28 seconds for light reflected from the moon to reach Earth. What is the average distance from Earth to the moon?

distance = speed * time, so that wold be
3.00*10^5 km/s * 1.28s = 3.84*10^5 km

3.00*10^5 km/s * 1.28s = 3.84*10^5 km
