Given a vial of IL-23 power 10ug. Calculate the amount of water require to reconstitute so that the final volume will be 100ug/mL.

Would you believe I have no idea what IL-23 power is (although I assume you mean powder). Let's see.
If I had 10 ug/0.1 mL wouldn't that be 100 ug/mL
