But I'm assuming that these values of x are roots, and you need to find the polynomial which has these roots.
If that's the case, you substitute the values of roots here:
(x - root1)(x - root2)(x - root3) = 0
(x + 7)(x - 7)(x - 5/6) = 0
Just expand this.
