No. One's a time period; the other is a location.

Oh because when I search Victorian England because I need to do a research paper about it .. Victorian era comes up instead

Obviously, Victorian England describes the customs during the Victorian Era in England. Other places also had a Victorian Era, but the era was named for Queen Victoria of England.
