6.5 * 34 = 221 mm = 22.1 cm

Not sure what you mean by saying that its elevation was 8850m "in 1998-2000" since it is always changing.
From 1954 to "1998-2000" it rose 2 meters, or 200 cm.
Not sure why the average lift rate is given, since we were given the final measurement. Question is poorly worded.
