(8a^3b^6)^(1/3)/(16a^8b^-4)^(1/4)

        (8a^3b^6)^(1/3)/(16a^8b^-4)^(1/4)

    (8a^3b^6)^(1/3) = 2ab^2
(16a^8b^-4)^(1/4) = 2a^2b^-1
2ab^2 / 2a^2b^-1 = a^-1b^3 = b^3/a

(16a^8b^-4)^(1/4) = 2a^2b^-1
2ab^2 / 2a^2b^-1 = a^-1b^3 = b^3/a
