I'm only a STUDENT so I DON'T know if this is correct.
The equation says he will multiply 10 times x, but this is unnecessary since he ONLY earns $10 PER DAY. He does not need to multiply the number of hours he works by how much he makes PER DAY. He only needs to multiply 9x. Hope that makes sense lol
