Hi, can someone please give me a few examples of how people use functions in the real world and explain them too? Thank You :)

Never mind. This is the example I used: You go to a vending machine for drinks. You want lemonade so, you put the number and the price is $1.25. You wait a moment. The output is the lemonade. The input is the money.

Sounds good as far as you went, but expensive.
However, part of the input is also selecting the number. Make sure the output includes the lemonade coming down the slot, not just remaining in the machine.
