y = 0
solve for x
3x + 4 = 0
3x+ 4 - 4 = 0 - 4

3x = -4
3x/3 = -4/3
x = -4/3
when x = 0, solve for y
y = 3(0) + 4
y = 4
(-4/3, 0) and (0, 4)
