a blood centrifuge starts from rest and attains a rotational speed of 3400 rpm after 50 seconds.
1) determine average angular acceleration of the centrifgue
2) a 3ml blood sample is contained in a test tube at distance 37.5mm from the centreline. Calculate average centripetal acceleration. How many g's is this ?

1. V = 3400rev/min * 6.28rad/rev * 1min/60s = 356 rad/s
V = Vo + a*t
V = 356 rad/s
Vo = 0
t = 50 s.
Solve for a(rad/s^2).
V = Vo + a*t
V = 356 rad/s
Vo = 0
t = 50 s.
Solve for a(rad/s^2).
