the sign between y and 4x is the greater than or equal to sign

y >= 4x-5

For inequalities, the solution is a whole set of numbers, not just one. Plot the line

y = 4x-5

Your inequality as as its solution everywhere in the whole x-y plane which is <u>above</u> that line, since that is where y is greater than the values lying on the line.

The line itself is included in the solution set.
