Question

The drill team is selling cookies to raise money. It costs .78$ to make each cookie. They sell them for $1.50 each. If they sell 253 cookies, how much profit will they make?

Do I have to subtract the .78 from 1.50 then multiply that answer by 253?

Or do i forget about the $1.50 and just mutliply .78 and 253?
