It depends which Noth Pole you are referring to as they are at different locations. Do you mean North Magnetic Pole or the North Geomagnetic Pole?
The Geographic North Pole or Terrestrial North Pole is at 90 degress North latitude (not 0 degrees).
In 2001, the North Magnetic Pole was determined by the Geological Survey of Canada to lie near Ellesmere Island in northern Canada at 81.3° N 110.8° W.
As of 2005 the North Geomagnetic Pole was located at approximately 79.74° N 71.78° W, off the northwest coast of Greenland
