Directions: Rewrite the following English sentences in correct Spanish form. The verb you will just is limpiar.
1.) I will have cleaned the house.
2.) Jessica and Sara are sad that I didn’t clean the house.
3.) He would have cleaned the house.
4.) You (friend) will clean the house.
5.) Jessica and Sara hoped that I had cleaned the house.

1.) Yo habré limpiado la casa.
2.) Jessica y Sara son triste que no me limpio la casa.
3.) Él habría limpiado la casa.
4.) Usted se limpie la casa.
5.) Jessica y Sara esperaban que yo había limpiado la casa.

2. Ser or estar = ser is permanently sad and estar is temporarily sad = don't forget to make the adjective plural when the subject is plural = Jessica y Sara están tristes que yo no limpié la casa. The 2nd verb "didn't" is a cue for the Preterit.

4. you WILL clean is a cue for the Future = Usted limpiará la casa.
5. Have you had the Past Subjunctive? This sentence requires it because the main verb (hoping) requires the Subjunctive. = Jessica y Sara esperaban que yo hubiera limpiado la casa.
