1. amount of 5.0% stuff --- x ml
amount of 50% stuff ---- 20-x

.05x + .5(20-x) = .075(20)
.05x + 10 - .5x = 1.5
-.45x = -8.5
x = -8.5/-.45 = 18.888... or appr 18.9 ml
