If you take 3 mLs of a solution that is 4M acetic acid and add enough water to it to make 50 mLs, what is the molarity of the final solution?

use the dilution formula.
mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
3*4 = 50*x
solve for x
mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
3*4 = 50*x
