Asked by Karin
why not #1?
"Island Boy" by Barbra Cooney, is a
good choice for literature curriculum
in the primary grades because it:
1. is useful in all areas of development
2. is easily understood by students
3. provides beautiful illustrations
4. includes a setting unfamiliar to
most children
I know the setting of the story is on
an island. And I know the correct answer is 1 or 4. Can you give input,
please?
I would think that 4 would be the better of those two.
I say #1. Just Go for it! It's the most logical...
