I think you garbled your question, but since the cone and sphere share a radius, and the height of the cone is the same as the radius of the sphere, the volumes are

hemisphere: 2/3 πr^3 = 2/3 π * 3^3 = 18π
cone: 1/3 πr^2 h = 1/3 π * 3^2 * 3 = 9π
