2*x+y=4.82
0.5x+2y=2.29
Multiply the second equation (0.5x+2y=2.29) by 4 and take away the x.
2*x+8y=9.16
Subtract 2*x+y=4.82 from 3
7*y=4.34
y=4.34/7=0.62k
