since dC/dt = 2π/5, dr/dt = 1/5
a = πr^2, so
da/dt = 2πr dr/dt = 2π(5)(1/5) = 2π
a = πr^2, so
da/dt = 2πr dr/dt = 2π(5)(1/5) = 2π
