                So, my teacher wants me to sketch the graph of a system of inequalities but I'm not sure how. Can someone help me? Thank you!

    well, you can surely see that you want the part in the first quadrant.
Then you an consider the line 3x+2y=6
Obviously, any x or y less than what's on the line will satisfy the inequality. SO, you want the region below the line, in QI:
