Is anyone there? :(

By a regular fraction, do you mean like 12/8?

Divide the numerator by the denominator.

12/8 = 1 4/8 = 1 1/2

A proper fraction

4/6 = 1/3 is less than 1. It can't be converted to a mixed number.
