Question
Can someone show me the answer to this as I am well confused.
What mass of lead oxide reacts with 2400dm3 of carbon monoxide?

What temperature? what pressure? Is that at STP? What Pb; i.e., PbO or PbO2. IF at STP, then mols CO = 2400 cm3/22.4 dm3 = ?
But I can't even write an equation with know the kind of lead oxide.

Hi sorry, Pbo at room temperature

Pbo + co = Pb + co2

C'mon. Use that caps key when needed.
PbO + CO ==> Pb + CO2
Use PV = nRT and solve for n = number of mols for CO at room T. T will be 298 K if you use 25C as room T. V will be 2400 and P will be 1 atm.
Then convert mols CO to mols PbO using the coefficients in the balanced equation,
Finally, gams PbO = mols PbO x molar mass PbO.
