Would it be respectful? Since the viewer is respectfully examining the art. Unlike reluctant.

I'll give you a personal example. I have never liked Dali's work. I don't understand it, and I don't care if I ever understand it. Same with many of Picasso's later works. I am reluctant to see any more of them. I guess I'm respectful in that I don't spew out my dislike of them, but I'd rather not see them at all! Just give me some good impressionist works!

Oh wow... That is hard. It's kind of confusing since the question doesn't say if he is criticizing it or is but keeping it to him self. So. I don't really know, because I guess it could be both.
