So, there aren't any laws in the USA stating that the language of instruction has to be English, right?

Many schools offer ESL classes for people who don't speak English. However, I know of no school that has only ESL classes.

Ms. Sue is right. These three schools and others like them offer their curricula in different languages <b>plus English. </b>
