hi i need to find info about italian food i have found some from the websites people have kindly found before but i am having trouble finding italian pizza recipes traditional to italy . thanks !

I remember two pizzas I ate in Italy several years ago. One was in a cafe in Venice; it had pools of olive oil on top. The other was in a small family restaurant in mountains near Naples. This pizza was baked in a wood-fired oven.
