(O2) = 5 mol/2L = 2.5M

I presume you mean (O2) AT EQUILIBRIUM is 2M. That means 2.5-x = 2; therefore, x = 0.5. Evaluate SO2 and SO3 at 4equilibrium, substitute into Kc expression and solve for Kc.
