I wonder if that is Cu(NO3)2.
mols = grams/molar mass.
Then M = mols/l. mols is ? from above. Solve for L. You know m = 0.180

CopperI nitrate has never been isolated outside of water solutions, so it would be very difficult to disolve ;7.63 grams of it.
