summation of indexed data
Could someone please help me I am very confused on this problem.Thank you
I have added all the number up and get -31.
than it says to find -31- it have the sum with 15 over i=I than after that behind the sum is xi.
What do i do to find the number do I sub the - 31 and + the 15.
