can anybody give me the density of arsenic oxide at STP

is this the correct formula

volume = mass/ density

thanks

Yes, but if you want the density, it is density = mass/volume.

The number I have seen floating around on this board is 17.8 g/L but the density of a gas and the density of a solid are not the same. The density of a gas is both termperature and pressure dependent. I assume the end goal is to arrive at an empirical formula and a molecula formula. I have also seen the numbers 0.927 and 0.702 floating around. One question I have seen is asking me to help determine the formula from the density. It is easier to do with the grams, in my opinion.
