A. Do I just add them all up and and divide 4 by the answer?

why divide? Just add up all the times.
Dividing by 4 will give the average time per activity, but no one asked for that.
Dividing 4 by the sum is meaningless. It gives the number of activities that can be done in a second, but that's of no use to anyone.
