Use the law of exponents to simplify. 5/6^12 * 2/9

I don't remember if the second fraction you do the reciprocal and I have not done one where the denominator has to the power of. Help!!

the way you typed it, it becomes
5/2176782336 * 2/9

I seriously doubt that you intended that.
Are you sure you don't have a typo ?
