The cation is NH4^+ and the anion is Cl^-. Probably that isn't what you want. And you want the molarity of what? the cation? the anion? NH4Cl?
The molarity of NH4Cl is mols/L.
mols = grams/molar mass
Then mols/0.0199 = ?M
